Booking Terms and Conditions

Check in time is 4.00pm onwards.

Check out time is before 11.00am.

However, if you require an early check in please let us know.

We do require a deposit of £40 per room to secure your reservation.

We regret that this deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation with us less than 14 days prior to arrival, unless your room is re-let. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours from the day of arrival we regret that you will be charged the quoted room rate.
