We have a passion for food at Austwick Hall. Our philosophy is to use locally produced and seasonal ingredients in all our meals.
Breakfasts at Austwick
Hall...
... are a relaxed affair from 9am, after all you're on holiday so there is no need to be up at the crack of dawn! If you can resist the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked croissants then the last breakfast order is 10am. Of course you can always have breakfast in bed!!
Help yourself to a selection of cereals, fruit juices, fruit salad, grapefruit, yoghurts and freshly baked croissants from the side tables in the dining room before tucking into your cooked breakfast. It can be a traditional full Yorkshire consisting of locally produced dry cured bacon, pork sausages, eggs to your liking (fried, scrambled or poached), grilled tomato and mushrooms. Or for something a little lighter - smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or poached eggs on toast. All served with brown or white toast and a selection of teas and coffees from Taylors of Harrogate.
Dinners at Austwick Hall...
... is available every evening. On Saturday we offer a five course dinner menu which is served in our Regency panelled dining room. The menu changes daily taking full advantage of local and seasonal produce. Throughout the Summer for the more romantic we offer a picnic hamper that can be enjoyed in the heather thatched jungle shack, in the pergola overlooking the herbaceous borders or atop the hillside overlooking the house and garden taking in the views towards Oxenber across the valley.
The dining room is ideal for celebrating wedding anniversaries, birthdays, or just a great excuse for a fabulous party with family and close friends in stunning surroundings. We are available for hire for private functions.
